4 Basic Health Tips
Because living through and going through an international, global pandemic is a very emotionally dehydrating thing. So before we get to the tips, let’s give ourselves a pat on the back and a moment of gratitude for getting through this difficult and dangerous time or you can say season of life. Adequately, it’s not the end but you’ve made it this far and that in itself deserves a compliment.
1. Have a conversation about how you feel:
Your family and friends are going through the exact same thing as you. And although in general, we all have numerous experiences, it is relatively not always that we can all discuss similar topics. So when it’s perfectly safe to meet with family and friends, reassure yourself, strengthen those relationships, and talk to each other about how you’re feeling or what you’re thinking. Nowadays, many times we have smartphones with us all the time. Who has one sticking to their hip while walking these days? Many of my colleagues and friends think and feel the same way and they freely mention it. For people like them, maybe it’s time to turn off notifications for news apps or ditch them altogether. If they want to stay informed, they can reserve or fix half an hour every morning and evening to log on to the internet.
3. Beat Lockdown Anxiety and Stress with Meditation:
If you are feeling tired, anxious, bored, and stressed during the constant lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic, then doing some meditation can be of great help to you. Meditation can boost your self-esteem and confidence. Plus, it can be a great way to relieve tension and calm your mind.
4. Eat healthy food/food:
For example, if you don’t drink or eat enough daily food or don’t get enough essential nutrients, you are more apt to feel irritable, angry, angry, tired, stressed and unable to concentrate, so, make sure you don’t. Avoid or avoid food and rely on unhealthy foods. Rather, eat balanced meals that give you a ton of energy and nutrition/nutrition so you can feel your best. Eat regular meals to balance your blood sugar and give you plenty of energy. at least 7-8 cups daily.
