About Mr David Koong

Background & Training:
Mr Koong graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1999 and was awarded a Fellowship in General Surgery in 2009. Koong received two years of Post Fellowship training in gastrointestinal surgery at The Geelong Hospital, Victoria, where he received intensive training in both open & laparoscopic colorectal surgery and advanced laparoscopic upper GI surgery. Mr Koong is also fully accredited to perform gastroscopy and colonoscopy.
