About Dr Ana Rosales
Dr. Ana Maria Rosales is a pediatric cardiologist specializing in the care of children with congenital heart disease. Born in Venezuela, Dr. Rosales graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela and completed his training in pediatrics at Miami Children’s Hospital and later completed his cardiology fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital. He joined the faculty of MGH and HMS in 2001. Since then, he has been providing; Clinical care, supervision of trainees, and medical training to enhance clinical knowledge and quality of patient care. He has been nominated for the Resident’s Teaching Award, the Family-Centered Medicine Award, and the McGovern Award.
Dr. Rosales provides care to patients at MGH’s Pediatric Cardiology Clinic and its satellite locations including Danvers, Andover and Southern New Hampshire. He is an active participant in the inpatient and intensive care areas as a consultant. His interests include cardiac care of patients with congenital heart disease, dysautonomias neuromuscular disorders, and other forms of acquired heart disease. She is fluent in Spanish and, because of her background, identifies with the needs of patients from other cultures.
