About Dr Evan P Trupia
Evan P. Trupia, MD, an orthopedic surgeon requests hand and forearm surgery. Dr. Trupia is an expert in advanced operative and non-operative care for hand and lowers back problems, using the latest surgical techniques, including Articular Model Four, to reconstruct or replace minimally invasive arthroscopic and arthroscopic joints. After a BS in Biology from Loyola University, Dr. Trupia graduated from the Columbia University School of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his residency training in Orthopedic Circuit at Columbia University Medical Center and his fellowship in Hand and Mind Surgery at York University – Hospital for Joint Diseases. As a veteran and former dramatic athlete, Dr. Trupia appreciates that seemingly minor orthopedics can have a tremendous impact on a woman’s ability to complete life, emotional and recreational activities. So he participates in his experiments to improve the patient’s functional independence, relieve pain and ultimately improve their quality of life.
As an active individual provider, Troupier advises clinicians to develop novel strategies to improve outcomes following instruction. His research has appeared in the Journal of Techniques in Hand and Android Extremity Surgery and several fields of hand. Dr. Trupia has lectured to local and national audiences at the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and his medical imaging has been published in numerous professional books and journals.
